Loaded Candy bags contain 30 serves (2 gummies per serve). Depending on how much of a caffeine junky you are, you will need to alter your dose accordingly, without exceeding our recommended daily intake of 8 gummies!

Each gummy contains 35mg of caffeine! Each serve (2 gummies) will contain 70mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to a coffee!

This is highly dependent on your caffeine tolerance. We recommend starting with a single dose of 2 gummies and working your way up within the suggested dose of 2-8 gummies. Please note, effects can be much more prominent on an empty stomach.

Depending on how many gummies you take, the effects can be felt for 2-4 hours, with the most profound effect around 30-60 minutes after initial consumption.
