Love these! Gives you the boost that a pre workout should without leaving you with the awful feeling of water on the stomach whilst training. Love that you can have different amounts to cater to the amount of energy you’re needing for the session.
I never usually use pre workout and just stick to monster cans but when I tried these my workouts changed!! I even used these on comp day and I felt great! They don’t cause any digestion issues like a lot of pre workouts do, and they have me feeling super energised and pumped without the anxiety!

Creatine gummies - 4.5g of creatine per serve
Electrolyte gummies - 200mg of sodium, 80mg potassium, 30mg magnesium & 30mg calcium per serve.
