Ingredients

Pre-workout: Take between 2-8 gummies (depending on your tolerance and desired hit) around 15-20 minutes before a workout.

Nose Strips:

  • Wash and Dry nose for best adhesion.
  • Peel off backing, avoiding the adhesive.
  • Place strip across bridge of nose, above flare of nostrils.
  • Press/rub gently to secure.
  • Wear for up to 12 hours while active.
  • Remove gently & clean your nose.
